We have available to us over 25,000 sq ft of sound treated stages. The stages were designed for optimal audio performance. With air handling systems turned off, Stage 1 and 2 achieve a noise level of Leq < NR16, when the air handling systems are operational, both stages maintain a high standard of audio clarity, each achieving a noise level of Leq < NR25. 

These specifications ensure precise sound quality and clarity, suitable for various multimedia and entertainment projects. As well as the sound stages already in use, the 22-acre site has plenty of room to build additional stages to house large-scale productions. The Story Works has a 50,000 sq ft outdoor backlot, a large covered workshop space, and 20,000 sq ft of supporting production offices and facilities..
